Information

    Registration Closed Due to Overwhelming Number of Participants

      Due to unexpected number of registrations this year, we will not have on-site registration, unless you are a committee member or a presenter of your work. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

     

    For student members who plan to participate WHC2019 as SIC exhibitors,

    • Full-registration of at least one member is required.
    • Other members listed in the proposal can be provided Exhibition / Demo / SIC only passcards without registration fee. Note that they cannot attend any other conference events (workshop, CCC, talk sessions, and receptions of WHC main conference).
    • Applicable members need to drop in at the registration desk and receive the passcards.

    Maximum capacity of the technical tour is 100 people and the application will be closed once it reaches the maximum.

Payment

Payment should be made by June 17, 2019 (PDT).

  • No registration and/or reservation will be confirmed in the absence of this payment.
  • All payment must be paid only in Japanese yen.

Change & Cancellation Policy

In case of change and/or cancellation, a written notification should be sent to KNT by e-mail (whc2019-registration@or.knt.co.jp).
The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Monday through Friday 9:30am – 17:30 (5:30pm) [Japan time] except national holidays (April 27 – May 6).
After working hours, cancellation will be made next day, which may incur charges.

Refund

Refunds will be made before or during the conference upon with deducting bank transfer fee, and/or credit card service charges and the cancellation penalties.
If payment was made by credit card, refund will be made to the same credit card.
If the payment was made by bank transfer, please inform us of your bank account.

Registration Desk on site

The registration desk will be open from July 9 to 12.
All participants, who have registered through the conference website are requested to stop by the desk to pick up your name holder and conference kit.
Open hours will be announced later.

VISA Information

Attendees should check if they require a visa to enter Japan on the website of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
